다른 PSMA 약물에 비해 DGUL은 Thiourea 결합을 포함하는 매우 짧은 링커를 포함합니다.

Ⅰ. 약물 대사에 대한 우수한 안정성

아미드 결합이 없기 때문에, 약물은 몸 속에서 매우 안정적입니다.

Ⅱ. 낮은 부작용

매우 짧은 친수성 링커로 인해, 대상 암세포에 표적 되지 않는 약물은 신장을 통해 빠르게 배출되어 부작용이 적습니다.
